The programme

For us, traineeship means learning by doing and this might be the best way when starting to work abroad. The German healthcare system currently offers many challenges and as a trainee you can play an important role on this occasion. The programme consists of three 6-months periods and you decide yourself in which areas you want to work. You can choose from: a small or large therapeutic practice, out-patient orthopedic rehabilitation, acute geriatrics, in-patient therapy at a hospital and therapy in a geriatric care center.

We also support you in managing the paperwork and formalities, so that moving to Germany will be as easy and smooth as possible. You will be accompanied by an HR Manager and a Senior Manager as your mentors. They will coach you, inspire you, introduce you to our broad network, share their knowledge and experience with you, and if necessary, provide you a suitable solution for learning the German language.

Your qualifications

• You are a certified physical therapist with a bachelor or master degree
• You speak German on B1 level and you are doing/starting B2 level
• You are motivated and you care about your patients and colleagues
• You are interested in improving the health care system
• You have a differentiated look at therapy options and you enjoy getting involved
• You have an evidence-based way of thinking
